The Vital Message is more of a sequel to 1918's The New Revelation , a first, short book on the subject of Spiritualism and the afterlife, and this following book (1919) focused Arthur Conan Doyle's thoughts as shared on the religions (i.e., the Bible), the psychic phenomena, hypnotism, and even the subject of Jesus.
